1. About this store

This store trades as oh, poo!. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this store. Shopify provides our commerce platform; purchases are made from oh, poo!, not from Shopify.

For questions, order support or return requests, contact xdar1ren@gmail.com. Returns are sent to China after approval; contact us for the authorized return address before mailing an item.

These terms apply together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping information. Review them before ordering.

2. Using the store

You must have legal capacity to purchase, or appropriate parental or guardian permission where applicable. Provide accurate contact, order, delivery and payment details, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep account credentials confidential. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, submit malicious code, or misuse another person's information.

3. Products

We sell novelty decorative dog plush items. Follow the product description and care instructions. These products are not sold as pet chew toys. We aim to describe materials, dimensions, color and included items accurately. Screen settings may affect perceived colors. Approximate dimensions and any measuring method or tolerance are identified on the listing. A size name is not a substitute for the actual dimensions stated.

Illustrations and styled scenes are identified where used. Props are not included unless the listing says otherwise. This does not excuse a material difference between the delivered product and its description or restrict your rights for misdescribed goods.

4. Prices, payment and promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Shipping and any taxes or duties collected by us are shown before you submit your order. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international-payment fees.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders without retroactively increasing the price of accepted orders. Offers are subject to their displayed quantity, destination, duration and combination conditions. Free shipping applies to eligible shipping charges and does not mean taxes or import charges are waived. Contact us before payment if the checkout total does not match the displayed offer.

5. Orders and availability

An order-received email acknowledges receipt. Acceptance is confirmed by a dispatch confirmation unless we expressly accept earlier. We may contact you to resolve stock, payment, address or suspected fraud issues. If we cannot fulfill an order or find a material pricing or listing error before acceptance, we will explain the issue and offer any available correction for your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement. This does not override rights arising earlier under applicable law.

6. Shipping and import charges

Orders are dispatched from China. Destinations, processing information, shipping prices and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping information and at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. If we learn of a material delay, we will explain available options consistent with applicable law, including cancellation and refund where required.

Provide a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly for corrections or a missing delivery. A carrier's delivery scan does not automatically resolve a dispute; we will review the available information and assist with investigation.

U.S. orders do not include import duties, import taxes or carrier customs-clearance charges unless expressly shown as collected at checkout. The recipient is responsible for applicable import charges assessed by the carrier or customs authority, subject to applicable law. These charges are separate from sales tax collected at checkout. Our buy-two free-shipping offer covers eligible outbound shipping only, not import charges. Review the Shipping page and contact us with questions before ordering.

7. Returns and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy explains request deadlines, eligibility, return shipping costs and refunds. Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Once fulfillment or dispatch has begun, an eligible return may be needed instead. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

8. Content and third-party services

Our original content and brand elements are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and share links. Do not commercially copy protected content without permission or other legal entitlement. External sites and payment providers have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility for the products and services we sell.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled for payments, fulfillment and any advertising tools we actually use, together with available privacy choices. These terms do not constitute blanket consent to marketing or advertising-data sharing.

10. Consumer rights and changes

Contact us if something is wrong with your order. Nothing here excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, dispute options or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not require a waiver of statutory rights for a purchase or valid refund.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version presented when you order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Updated terms display a new revision date.
