Shipping & order help

One for you. One for a friend. Buy 2 or more pups in one order and sea shipping is free to eligible U.S. addresses. Mix sizes; no code needed. One-pup orders ship for $4.99 USD per order.

Ships from China

Your order ships from China by sea to eligible U.S. addresses. Sea shipping costs $4.99 USD for one-pup orders and is automatically free when you buy 2 or more pups in the same order. All items must ship to the same eligible U.S. address. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Import duties and customs charges

Orders ship from China. For U.S. deliveries, import duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly shown as collected at checkout. The recipient is responsible for applicable import charges assessed by the carrier or customs authorities, subject to applicable law. These are separate from any sales tax collected at checkout. Free shipping on orders of 2 or more pups covers eligible outbound shipping only; it does not cover import charges.

Estimated transit: 7–15 days after dispatch

This estimate starts when your order is dispatched; order processing time is additional. It is not a guaranteed arrival date. Sailing schedules, customs clearance and local delivery may cause delays. If you need your pup for a particular occasion, contact us before ordering.

Your order

Please check your selected size, email and delivery address before placing your order. For an order update or an address correction, contact us with your order number. If an order has already shipped, an address change may not be possible.

Item issues and return requests

If your item arrives damaged, differs from your order, or you would like to request a return, email xdar1ren@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps and return instructions.

Returns are sent to China after approval. Review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering. For return approval and the correct address, contact xdar1ren@gmail.com.

What is included

Each purchase includes one decorative dog plush in the size you select. Props, furniture and illustrated gift packaging are not included. Product and lifestyle illustrations show the design; actual printed details and proportions may vary.
