Refund policy

1. Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging where supplied. Reasonable inspection alone does not make an item ineligible. Please keep proof of purchase. These conditions do not restrict your rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

2. Contact us before returning an item

Email us with your order number, the item and size you wish to return, and the reason. Photos are helpful for an item issue; contact us if you cannot provide them.

Returns are sent to China. Once your return is approved, we will provide the authorized return address and instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending a parcel, and do not assume the address on your shipping label is a return address. We do not currently offer a U.S. return address.

For an approved change-of-mind return, send the item within 14 calendar days after approval. Contact us if you need more time. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of posting.

3. Shipping costs and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping to China. International return shipping can be expensive; please consider this before ordering. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your order qualified for free outbound shipping, we do not deduct a previously undisclosed outbound shipping charge from your refund, including for partial returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we cover any return shipping that we require and arrange the appropriate remedy without a return-shipping charge to you.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, taking account of your applicable consumer rights. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid method or agree the return arrangement in advance. In some cases we may confirm that no return is necessary.

For an approved refund due to a damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed item, we refund the affected item's purchase price and applicable original shipping charges. We do not impose a 24-hour or 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, or confirming that no return is required, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Refunds reflect the price actually paid and applicable taxes. Discounts on partial returns are allocated consistently with the original order. Contact xdar1ren@gmail.com if an approved refund has not arrived.

Import duties, taxes or customs-clearance fees paid directly to a carrier or customs authority are not funds collected by us. Recovery may require a separate request to that party. This does not limit any obligation we have under applicable law or responsibility for our own error.

6. Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us for a different size. The usual process is an eligible return followed by a separate new order, subject to availability. For cancellation or an address correction, contact us promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment starts. After dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible; eligible return rights still apply. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we refund the amount paid for cancelled items and applicable shipping charges.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable mandatory consumer protections take priority.
